FAQ
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not for Individual. Add a card when you start Team, or before day 31 if your workspace is already on a no-card Team trial.
- What happens when the Team trial ends?
- If a card is on file, Team continues at $99/mo unless you cancel first. If no card is on file after 30 days, Team access pauses until the workspace owner adds payment.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can change tiers from the billing portal at any time. Changes prorate.
- What counts as a seat?
- Each unique team member with access to your CostHawk workspace. We don’t bill per AI session, per token, or per integration — just seats.
- What about the Enterprise tier?
- For organizations with 101+ people, custom integrations, SSO / SCIM, or a dedicated SLA — email sales@costhawk.ai.
